Thank you so much for posting this wonderful rendition of Holst's "Bleak Midwinter". I was following a link from Google to "New England Triptych" and landed on your Blog. Could not resist moving on to your Bleak Midwinter post.
As a fellow New Englander (and sufferer of the several 'bleak' snowstorms we have had, this season), I am wondering if the Gloucester refered to is in England or New England. If it is New England, I am most impressed! But, given the quality and enthusiasm of the Congregation's contributions to this Video, I would have to wager that it is Gloucester, England. Either way, a fine performance of one of my favorite (and sadly underused) Seasonal Hymns.
Thanks again....

Indeed...and this is why I'd much prefer an ice cold margarita on a beach somewhere with a tropical landscape for a view! Nevertheless, it looks like you've got a nice spread surrounding your new digs - apart from all that icy cold wetness that is. A hot toddy in hand, next to a warm fire is where I'd want to be in your shoes! I hope all is well!

The wonder, Kathy, happened while I was inside on Friday watching it fall all day. Shoveling on Saturday, however, diminished some of the wonder!
